Suggestions for jurying

  1. Bring a comprehensive sampling of your craft. Include items that demonstrate the quality of your work.
  2. Bring along any printed material you may have ie brochures, tags, etc.
  3. Include pictures/diagrams of your booth set-up if you have them.
  4. A sample of your packaging if applicable.
  5. Some people bring table linens and simple display materials.

Remember that these are only suggestions. The most important thing is that you bring a comprehensive sample of your work and have fun. The jurying process is not meant to be intimidating.

The jurying process

When you arrive you will pick up an application for jurying form. This is a short form and takes aprox. 5 – 10 minutes to complete. Each form has a number. When your number is called you are invited to take your work to our jurying area where you set up your product along with approximately 6-8 other crafters and then return to the foyer. The jurying committee then looks at your work.

This takes only a few minutes. You are then invited to return to the jurying area where you retrieve your work and are then free to leave. That’s it! We notify you by mail as to whether or not you have been accepted into the show. We jury all work for quality, originality, packaging, booth set-up and display, finishing/details and category availability.

Applying by mail

If you wish to apply to either of the above shows by mail you are welcome to send 3 – 5 photos, a completed jurying application and a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
