Born and raised in Mexico City, "Winterpeg, Manisnowba" survivor since 2006, Eduardo recently said goodbye to corporate culture after 20 years in manufacturing and Operations Excellence to pursue his dream of bringing a little taste of home to the Canadian prairies through fresh corn tortillas.
Eduardo aims to bridge cultures by sharing the heart of Mexico through traditional flavours and authentic culinary experiences that bring a sense of home to Mexicans in Canada while inviting others to explore the depth and vibrancy of Mexican heritage.
